30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items
